We are long standing members of the Property Care Association, an independent trade association who represent specialists who can be trusted to resolve the above problems in affected buildings. Most mortgage lenders will insist on a PCA member surveyor being called in where a damp or timber problem has been noted on a Homebuyers or valuation survey. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge for surveys if they are undertaken in connection with the purchase or sale property chain. Surveys independent of a house sale or purchase chain can be requested for a reasonable charge.
Our surveyors are CSRT certified. This stands for Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment and is a nationally recognized qualification for surveyors in the remedial treatment industry. CSRT surveyors must undertake a training course and three module exams which cover damp, timber and health and safety legislation. By choosing All Tied Up! you can be assured that your survey will be conducted by a qualified surveyor in remedial treatment.
All Tied Up! are approved contractors for Sovereign Chemicals Ltd and have enjoyed a long business relationship with them. Sovereign Chemicals was founded in 1965 and is a respected name in the field of construction and remedial treatment. Sovereign chemicals was awarded a Royal Warrant in 1987 and its building chemicals have been used with great success in a number of Royal residences.
A 20-year guarantee is given on damp treatments carried out by this company. We can guarantee our damp and timber treatments. Your surveyor can advise you which areas of work will be covered by our guarantee. Your guarantee will be supplied to you once the invoice for any works completed has been settled. It is very important that the following documents are kept together as the guarantee is not valid without them:
Should you need to make a claim on one of our guarantees, please contact the office who can arrange for claim forms to be sent out to you.
All Tied Up! have a well established connection with a broad base of estate agents in East Kent, and are usually the first port of call should a problem arise in a property of which they are facilitating a sale or purchase.
